August 2018 Book Outlet Haul

One of the best things about buying books is when you can get a great deal. So today, I’m sharing my August 2018 Book Outlet Haul.

In case you’re not familiar, Book Outlet is a website that sells books at a discounted price. They take excess inventory from publishers and stores, which allows them to sell at great prices.

I am slowly drowning in both advance reader copies (ARCs) and finished copies. But I can’t resist the great book deals that are on Book Outlet.

Let me warn you, once you buy on Book Outlet, you won’t be able to stop!

A Darker Shade of Magic by VE Schwab: Up until this point, I haven’t read any of VE (or Victoria) Schwab’s books! When i came across this one, I knew it was time to give her books a shot. I’ve heard great things about her writing and the world’s she builds. So I’m looking forward to starting this series!

Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins: I’ve already read Anna and the French Kiss but I don’t have a physical copy. I enjoyed it enough that I wanted to add it to my shelf!

Empire of Storms by Sarah J Maas: I am slowly making my way through the Throne of Glass series in anticipation for the final book, Kingdom of Ash. While I still need to read Queen of Shadows, I’m couldn’t pass up getting this book!

Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins: Surprisingly, I haven’t read the sequel to Anna and the French Kiss. Hopefully having it in physical form will push me to get to it sometime soon!

Tower of Dawn by Sarah J Maas: Similar to purchasing Empire of Storms, I couldn’t pass up getting this book. Will I catch up before Kingdom of Ash? My guess is no, but at least I’m trying!

Wait for Me by Caroline Leech: I always love finding new historical fiction. I’ve been wanting to try a book by Caroline Leech since hearing about her most recent publication, In Another Time. I’m looking forward to giving her debut novel a shot! Hopefully I enjoy it!

When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon: This book (and author) has been on my radar for a while! I just haven’t had the opportunity to pick up a copy for myself. I’m really hoping I love this contemporary, especially after hearing quite a few positvie reviews.

With my August 2018 Book Outlet Haul, I brought in seven new books. I ended up saving over $70 based on retail prices, which is really awesome.

If you haven’t tried Book Outlet, I highly recommend giving it a go!
