The Contented Reader Has a Fresh New Look

If you’ve been here before, you might notice that things look a little different around here! I’m SO excited to share that The Contented Reader has had a bit of a glow up!

This redesign has been in the works for the past nine months, from planning to building and everything in between. I’m over the moon at how everything turned out!

A Peek at What’s New

Everything at The Contented Reader has been overhauled from my logo and branding colours to the layout and design of my pages and posts.

While the heart of this blog is still very much the same, this upgrade in design ensures a better reading experience for you!

There are so many new features and updates I’m excited about.

The brand-new homepage is easy to navigate, which helps you find exactly what you’re looking for—from book lists to book reviews and everything in between.

You’ll also find an easy-to-use navigation organized by age groups and the types of posts. Whether you’re here for children’s book reviews, the best romance books or my favourite puzzles and games, this navigation makes it easy to find.

You can also download amazing new free resources from my freebie library and shop some of my resources for teachers and parents.

This redesign would not be possible without Ashley Hughes. She made this dream a reality for me—she listened to my vision and brought it to life. I feel so lucky to have had such a supportive guide through this process, especially one who patiently listened to my constant questions and found creative answers to all my website needs.

I am incredibly grateful for her endless patience through this entire process as I adjusted and tweaked even the tiniest of details. The result is pure perfection!
