It’s hard to believe that the final month of the year is coming to an end and it’s time to share my December 2023 reading wrap up.
This year has been a rollercoaster of enjoyable moments and difficult moments. I think it’s safe to say that I’m ready to bring this year to a close and start a fresh year.
While my reading was not as good as I hoped it was going to be this year, I completed my Goodreads goal and managed to read a decent amount. I’m looking forward to starting a fresh Goodreads goal and reading some fantastic new books in 2024!
In December, I read a total of two books. While I’m disappointed in that number, I think it’s an accomplishment given how crazy the month was for me. Here’s to a better reading year in 2024!

December 2023 Reading Wrap Up
Technically Yours by Denise Williams. I just adore any book Denise Williams writes. Technically Yours was a great romance with adorable characters, sweet moments and the perfect ending. I loved the flashbacks to the past and the development of Pearl and Cord’s relationship. It really was a great read and I can’t wait for whatever she releases next!
Spoiler Alert by Olivia Dade. I’ve been meaning to read this one for a while, and thankfully, it completed my final prompt for the Buzzwordathon. I enjoyed this one but I didn’t love it as much as I hoped I would. I liked the romance and the characters were fun. The fan fiction was enjoyable but it wasn’t my favourite aspect. I’m excited to read more from Olivia Dade in the future though!
