Kingdom of the Wicked by Kerri Maniscalco
After reading and loving the Stalking Jack the Ripper series last year, I’ve been eagerly anticipating Kingdom of the Wicked. While I didn’t love it as much as Stalking Jack the Ripper, it’s a great start to a new series! Kingdom of the Wicked follows two sisters, Emilia and Vittoria, who are witches. After the death of Vittoria, Emilia sets out to find the murderer all while working alongside one of the wicked princes of Hell, Wrath.

Always Never Yours by Emily Wibberley & Austin Siegemund-Broka
It’s no secret that I’m a fan of contemporary romance. But Always Never Yours is one of the best I’ve read in a while. I really, really loved this book! Always Never Yours follows Megan who is cast in her school production of Romeo and Juliet. She ends up helping her friend Owen write a play if he agrees to help her catch the eye of another boy.
Starry Eyes by Jenn Bennett
After reading Alex Approximately, I immediately knew that Jenn Bennett would be a new favourite author for me. And Starry Eyes is no different. In fact, I loved it even more than Alex, Approximately!

ARC Review | The Ninth Sorceress by Bonnie Wynne
I’m a huge fan of both young adult fantasy and contemporary. But nothing beats a great fantasy read. I’m so happy that The Ninth Sorceress is one of those reads.
The Ninth Sorceress is a fantasy debut that follows a seventeen year old girl named Gwyn. Gwyn is a prisoner because her guardian is hiding her. People also happen to fear her, but she’s unsure of the reason. The Ninth Sorceress is a book full of self-discovery, magic and adventure!
One of the best aspects about this novel are the characters. I really enjoy Gwyn as a main character because she’s relatable. She’s really fierce and strong and I think her character growth throughout the book is great. I’m looking forward to seeing how she grows in the next book.
Blog Tour | The Grey Sisters by Jo Treggiari
Jo Treggiari certainly excels in creating suspenseful thrillers. I really enjoyed her previous book, Blood Will Out, and this one is no different.
The Grey Sisters follows D and Spider. They’re both navigating the loss of siblings after a terrible and unexpected plane crash. D, Spider and their friend Min decide to go on a road trip to seek answers to the crash and gain some closure. While on this trip, they meet Ariel – a girl who lives on the mountainside.
