However, after finding out Magnus started a cult as a joke years ago, they try and stop it.
Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare
All good things must come to an end. Queen of Air and Darkness is such a fantastic conclusion to another Shadowhunter series! The series follows Emma Carstairs and Julian Blackthorn as they try and solve another mystery inside the Shadowhunter world.
Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare
After reading most of Cassandra Clare’s books, I always question whether a new one will be as good as the last. But once again, she’s written an incredible book. Lord of Shadows picks up right after the events of Lady Midnight. The series follows Emma, Julian and the rest of the Blackthorns as they investigate mysterious murders.
City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
After reading The Mortal Instruments, I completely fell in love with Cassandra Clare. Since I read the series before blogging, I thought it was the perfect time for a re-read. I absolutely loved being back in the Shadowhunter world! City of Bones is the first book in The Mortal Instruments series. After witnessing a murder, Clary Fray discovers a secret world of people – Shadowhunters.
Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare
I am a really big Cassandra Clare fan. In addition to the Harry Potter series, I really think her books got me into fantasy. Needless to say, I love the Shadowhunter world. Lady Midnight is a fantastic start to a brand new Shadowhunter trilogy. Once again, Cassandra Clare tugs at my heartstrings and breaks my heart all with the written word. She truly is remarkable writer.
