Happy Tuesday, everyone! Today I’m sharing a list of ten books I’m reading in spring 2018!
Today’s post is definitely a bit different for me! I’m joining in on Top Ten Tuesday to see what all the hype is about – and hopefully, it’ll be a new addition to the blog!
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Artsy Reader Girl, where she assigns a new topic each week and we post a top ten list to go along with the theme!
Without further rambling, here are the ten books I’m reading in spring 2018!
A Prom to Remember by Sandy Hall: Raincoast Books recently sent me an advance copy of this book and I’m really looking forward to checking it out. It looks like a cute book!
Love, Life and the List by Kasie West: I’m so excited to read my first ever Kasie West book! We all know I’m a sucker for fluffy contemporary and I think she’ll be a new go-to author for me!
The Cruel Prince by Holly Black: Spoiler alert: I’ve already read The Cruel Prince! But since I’m reading it this spring, I figured I could include it. It’s a conflicting read for me, but I’m looking forward to continuing with the series.
My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton and Jodi Meadows: I’ve been saying for a while that I hope to get to this book soon! I finally have a copy so I’m excited to dive in. I’ve heard it’s a really funny story!
Surprise Me by Sophie Kinsella: I haven’t read a ton of Sophie Kinsella’s books, but I’ve enjoyed the ones I have. I’m looking forward to her newest release. Plus, the cover is so cute!
Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo: Another author I’ve been meaning to get to! Since I really enjoy superhero stories, I think this is the perfect place to start!
Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi: My cousin recently read this and said it was amazing! We have such a similar taste in reading that I think I’ll enjoy it too. Plus, I’ve been hearing amazing things in general.
Carve the Mark by Veronica Roth: I’m excited to try a new series by Veronica Roth. I really enjoyed the first two books in the Divergent series – just don’t get me started on Allegiant. Here’s hoping this duology is fun!
Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare: Is this really a list of mine without a Cassandra Clare book? I love her books and I can’t wait to continue this series!! I need more!
To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo: I’m looking forward to reading this dark and twisted mermaid story! I think it’ll be a really interesting story, and definitely something I should like.
Well those are the ten books I’m reading in Spring 2018. And, it’s my first Top Ten Tuesday post too!
What is on your Spring TBR? Have you read any of these books? If so, what did you think? Let me know in the comments, because I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Cruel Prince was so conflicting for me! I loved it but sometimes I didn’t? It was so weird for me haha, but I will definitely continue to read the series for sure! I’m currently reading Wonder Woman & Children of Blood and Bone! Both are great so far! And I seriously am so so so excited for To Kill a Kingdom! I know its going to be amazing ❤️

Yeah I get what you mean! That happened to me too, but I figured it was because I had certain expectations…which…I always kick myself when that happens, cause I feel like it’s my fault. And aaaah I’m glad you’re enjoying those, and hope you’ll love To Kill a Kingdom 😀

Ok, glad I’m not alone! And yes, high expectations always tend to be a problem, ha! I’m sure I’m going to love it, I can’t wait to go grab a copy!
