I’m seriously hooked on fun rom-coms these days! I have been hearing about Fix Her Up everywhere! I’m so happy that it’s a fun, entertaining read! Fix Her Up follows Georgie and her brother’s best friend, Travis. Georgie is trying to run her own business while proving herself to her family.
The Hidden Oracle by Rick Riordan
It’s crazy to say this, but this is my first ever Rick Riordan book! One of my closest friends loves Rick Riordan and suggested I try reading his newest series and I’m so happy I did! The Hidden Oracle follows Apollo, who is sent to earth by his father, Zeus.
June 2019 Reading Wrap Up
Another month is done and today I’m sharing my June 2019 reading wrap up! I just had a wonderful long weekend for Canada Day. It was so nice to just unwind and relax! I’m really happy with the number of books I got to in June. I’m just hoping July is as good of a reading month for me!
Waiting for Tom Hanks by Kerry Winfrey
Since I’ve been enjoying romance books lately, I’ve been looking forward to reading this book. I’m so glad that I loved this book as much as I thought I would! Waiting for Tom Hanks follows Annie who is obsessed with romantic comedies as well as Tom Hanks. She’s waiting to find her Tom Hanks and hopes that her love life will resemble her favourite rom-com movies.
May 2019 Reading Wrap Up
With the end of another month comes my May 2019 reading wrap up! I managed to read quite a few books this month which has been great. I spent some time at the cottage which allowed for some time to just curl up and read. It’s always the best to have a great reading month!
The Rest of the Story by Sarah Dessen
When I first started reading young adult books, Sarah Dessen was one of the first authors I discovered. I’m so happy to have another one of her books to read! The Rest of the Story follows Emma Saylor who spends the summer with her Mother’s family, who she hasn’t seen in years.
