Clues to the Universe by Christina Li
When Christina Li reached out to me about her debut novel, I knew it was going to be a great read. A middle grade book about friendship and space is a perfect match for me. The Cousins by Karen M McManus

Royal Holiday by Jasmine Guillory
It’s official — I will definitely read anything and everything that Jasmine Guillory writes. Royal Holiday follows Maddie and her mom, Vivian, as they travel to England for Christmas so Maddie can style the Duchess. While there, Vivian meets Malcolm — the Queen’s Private Secretary. Their friendship quickly turns into a holiday romance.
