With March coming to a close, it’s time to share my March 2022 reading wrap up!
It’s no secret that my blog has been somewhat neglected over the past couple of months! Things in my life have been crazy and hectic, but I’m starting to get back to a more consistent schedule. Which means that my reading life is getting better and my blogging should be getting better too!
My reading picked up in February but March has definitely been my best reading month this year. While I struggled with some reading slumps the past couple of months, I think I’m finally getting out of it! I only read one more book than I did in February, but I wanted to read so much more this month, which is a total win for me!
I managed to read five books this month — four 2022 releases, and one backlist book.

March 2022 Reading Wrap Up
The Viscount Who Loved Me by Julia Quinn: In anticipation of the second season of Bridgerton, I had to squeeze this one in this month! I really loved this one and enjoyed Anthony and Kate’s story more than Daphne and Simon’s story! I can’t wait to see how this story translates to the screen — I just hope I’m going to love it as much as I enjoyed the book.
Hook, Line and Sinker by Tessa Bailey: Tessa Bailey does it again! I’ve been so excited for the sequel to It Happened One Summer and it did not disappoint. It’s swoony and full of Tessa Bailey’s signature wit. I’m so sad this series is finished but also so excited to see what comes next!
In a New York Minute by Kate Spencer: I adored this one, it’s so sweet and charming. The characters, the story and the overall way these characters get together is adorable. The writing is great, and I was smiling the whole way through! I would definitely recommend this one.
This Might Get Awkward by Kara McDowell: I’ve been in the mood for contemporary books recently and picked this one up. It’s a super sweet story and I enjoyed it. While it’s not my favourite YA contemporary romance, it was sweet and certainly a good pick for summer beach reads!
Always Jane by Jenn Bennett: I’m a big Jenn Bennett fan and I’ve been so excited to read her newest release. My copy arrived early and I immediately jumped in. It’s not my all time favourite read of hers, but it’s full of swoony moments and angsty teenage love. It’s a fun read!
