What are you currently reading? 💖

I am definitely in a romance reading mood lately — I think because life is busy and chaotic, I'm looking for light and fluffy reads to help me escape and romance books definitely help with that these days!

I still have so many fantasy and mystery books I hope to get to but right now they're going to have to wait 😅

I'm currently reading The Catch by Amy Lea and really enjoying it! I'm so sad it's the final book in The Influencer series but I'm also excited to see what she releases next!

Since it's still Valentine's Day week, if you haven't picked up The Do-Over yet, I highly recommend you do! It's the perfect Valentine's Day read with a time loop, swoony romance and Jess Mariano vibes — seriously the perfect combination!

At this point, I will read Lynn Painter's grocery list — her books are always highly anticipated for me and are always going to be in my top favourite reads of the year. I can't wait to read her next adult romance, Happily Never After!

I didn't have plans yesterday except for curling up with a good book, baking some cookies and continuing my binge of Below Deck. It ended up being a perfect evening!

Even though Valentine's Day is over, it's fun sharing this red romance stack — hopefully it brings some cheer to your feed today! I still have to read Chase Me and Jana Goes Wild in this stack but I'm excited to pick both of them up sometime soon.

Are you excited for the next season of Bridgerton? 💕

I'm so excited to read Romancing Mister Bridgerton before the release of the next season. I think Penelope and Colin's love story is going to be so cute and I just can't wait to see what happens.

I'm torn between reading the books in the publication order or in the order that they're releasing the series. I think I'm leaning more towards reading An Offer for a Gentleman before Romancing Mister Bridgerton — and then maybe re-reading it before the release of Benedict's season.

I've been hearing so many great things about the Divine Rivals duology that I had to try it out for myself — and I am SO glad I did! This is one of those times that bookstagram has really steered me in the right direction!

I devoured Divine Rivals and loved every minute of it. The characters are captivating, the story is stunning and the writing is just so fluid. I immediately jumped into Ruthless Vows and am so drawn to this story, I know it will stick with me for a long time.

What's your favourite Emma Lord book? 💛

Since Emma Lord's debut, I've made her young adult books my first read of the year! The Getaway List was such a fun and enjoyable book and is definitely up there behind Tweet Cute as my favourite!

I loved the friendship between Riley and Tom, the adventures in the city to check off items on the getaway list and the friendships they made along the way. Paired with Emma Lord's signature humour and writing style, it really was the perfect book to start my reading year off!

Have you ever been to NYC? What are some of your favourite things to do there? ✨
