Woo, another WWW Wednesday! This reading week has been crazy. I’ve been in this weird loop of really wanting to read but being so busy that my time is limited. I have a lot of assignments due this week so it’s just keeping me busy with research and writing and editing. I actually found myself needing a easy calendar to just try and keep track of everything, and if you’d like one yourself, you can grab it here!
That said, I have been able to read. Just not at my normal rate, so I haven’t really finished anything this past week! Next week is my reading week though, so I’m hoping to snag some quality reading time in!
For those unfamiliar, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam, who blogs over at Taking on a World of Words. The purpose is to answer three questions: what you’re reading, what you recently read, and what you’re going to read next – that’s it!
What If It’s Us by Becky Albertalli and Adam Silvera // I’m loving this book! It’s so fun and the characters are adorable. The writing style of both Albertalli and Silvera just mixes so well together and I love it!
A Very Large Expanse of Sea by Tahereh Mafi // I’ve only just started this one – its book birthday was yesterday, yay! So far it’s been quite good. Plus, the cover is just absolutely gorgeous!
The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee // I just really loved this book the second time around. I found it even more enjoyable than the first time I read it. I can’t wait to jump into the Lady’s Guide!
The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy by Mackenzi Lee // Just like last week, it’s still a plan to read this one next. But I’ve pushed it before Broken Things because of how much I enjoyed my re-read of The Gentleman’s Guide!
Broken Things by Lauren Oliver // Again, just like last week, I still plan to read this one! It just keeps getting pushed because I haven’t had as much time to read!
Well, that’s it for this week! Here’s hoping I have a more successful reading week. I can’t wait to finish up these assignments so I can curl up and read! I hope you all have a great week!
As always, leave your own link to WWW Wednesday down below so I can come check out what you guys are up to!
