Review

A Court of Mist and Fury is probably one of the greatest books I have ever read. It is definitely on my list of all time favourite books!

When I first read A Court of Thorns and Roses, I didn’t think it was possible to love the second book even more. My cousin lent me the series and she told me the second book brings the series to another level. Was she ever right! I cannot believe how incredible this story is. It’s phenomenal – and another word synonymous with it!

There is so much development in this book, both with characters and the world. Feyre is getting stronger (if that’s even possible) and really becoming her own person. I just love seeing her character development and I can’t wait to see what happens next!  And RHYSAND, for the love of God, RHYSAND! Need I say more?

I absolutely adore all the new characters we’re introduced to in this book. Mor, Cassian, Azriel and Amran are all fantastic. They’re great additions to the storyline. I love the insight into the Night Court that we get during this book.

I seriously love Maas’ writing. She entices you in with her words. I never wanted to put the book down. She has her reader wanting to scream, laugh and cry! She does a fantastic job of building on these wonderful characters that you just never, ever want to stop reading about them.

I highly, highly, HIGHLY, recommend A Court of Mist and Fury (and this series) to anyone who is interested in fantasy and romance. But also for anyone who is looking for an absolutely incredible and enticing read that leaves you wanting more and more!

I am really excited to see what happens in A Court of Wings and Ruin!

To the stars who listen - and the dreams that are answered.
