February was a really horrible reading month for me. But I’m determined to change that! So today, I’m sharing my March 2018 book haul!
I think February was an awful month because I started back up in school. Between school and working, it was hard to find the time to read for fun. The books I recently picked up though are really exciting!
A Prom to Remember by Sandy Hall: Raincoast Books recently sent me this as an ARC to review. I love fluffy contemporary books and this seems like it’ll be on! It kind of reminds me of the Disney movie Prom. I’m definitely looking forward to reading it!
Batman: Nightwalker by Marie Lu: I haven’t read any of Marie Lu’s books yet but I’m excited to try this one out! I love superheroes so this series seems right up my ally!
My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton and Jodi Meadows: I majored in history so I love reading historical fiction. I recently read The Afterlife of Holly Chase by Cynthia Hand and loved it! The humour and storyline was great, so I’m hoping the same for this one. I’ve only heard great things about this series so I’m looking forward to catching up!
Surprise Me by Sophie Kinsella: Sophie Kinsella is always a fall-back author for me. I can always be certain I’ll enjoy her books. The synopsis of this one is so intriguing! I’m looking foward to diving into another Sophie Kinsella book!
The Dazzling Heights by Katharine McGee: While The Thousandth Floor wasn’t my favourite book, I’m excited to continue. I think because it’s so similar to Gossip Girl, I’m always drawn to it. Here’s hoping the sequel is a bit more enjoyable!
Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo: Similar to Batman: Nightwalker, I’m looking forward to reading another superhero story. Especially one about a woman! I’m also excited that this will be my first Leigh Bardugo book!
Well, that’s my March 2018 book haul! I’m excited to read and review these books (hopefully sometime soon!)
Let me know your thoughts on these books in the comments below! Or, what books you’ve recently added to your collection!

Ah, it makes me so happy to know that my posts are inspiring others to try things out! It definitely wasn’t my favourite book ever but it is definitely like a futuristic gossip girl vibe and I enjoyed it! Let me know your thoughts once you get a chance to read it, I’d love to hear them!

I have read Batman and it was amazing! I was never a huge fan of Batman but Marie Lu made me a huge fan of young Bruce Wayne! I need to pick up Wonder Woman soon though. I hope you love all these books. Happy Reading 😊😊

That’s awesome to hear! I haven’t read one of Marie Lu’s books yet, so I’m curious to know how I like it! I’m currently reading Wonder Woman, so a review will be posted soon! I think it’s awesome that these authors are delving into the world of heroes! 🙂

I love Marie Lu! My favorite is the Young Elites series and Warcross! I highly recommend! I will be watching for your Wonder Woman review for sure! I do too and the fact that Sarah J Maas will do Catwoman makes me feel complete. I can’t wait.

I have the first book in the Young Elite series and I also have Warcross – I just haven’t had time to read them yet! Too many books, too little time! I can’t wait to read them though. Oh I know, Catwoman is going to be amazing, purely because it’s by Sarah J. Maas!

I completely understand that! I have a TBR pile a mile high. I love Sarah J. Maas and Catwoman was perfect for her. She is the queen of sassy characters and let’s face it Catwoman is pure sass.

I totally agree! She’s going to be perfect at all those sassy lines!!
